Renovation of a historic downtown Phoenix building that appeared in the opening scenes of Alfred Hitchcock’s classic movie “Psycho” in downtown Phoenix, Arizona.
The project is comprised of the rehabilitation and conversion of the existing banking and office into a Hilton Garden Inn Hotel. The hotel will include a business conference center and buffet/dining space in the historic lobby. Retail restaurant space will be available at street level.
